Welcome to the New Heritage Museum - Grace & Speed

The Muskoka Boat & Heritage Centre pays tribute to over 100 years of boating excellence.
Travelling from the Grace of the Victorian era and the legacy of
steamships to the Speed of thetwentieth century with the
classic wooden boats that were the pride of Muskoka.
From its position on the shore of Gravenhurst Bay in
the heart of the redeveloped Muskoka Wharf,
the Muskoka Boat & Heritage Centre was designed to
the graceful proportions of an early twentieth century Muskoka resort.
All visitors will truly be absorbed with the story
of Muskoka after entering the 6,000 sq. foot open exhibit space.
Life-size postcards of a steamship, wooden boats
and a Muskoka hotel welcome the visitor into an interactive experience throughout the centre.

An interactive wildlife learning park, where individuals, families,
schools and special interest groups can spend some time exploring,
up-close, the wild creatures found throughout Muskoka.
Indoor facilities and 50-acres of scenic walking trails feature exhibits of
over 30 species of animals including:

Music on the Barge
