Senior House Share is an intimate retirement option for those looking to downsize, but who are not ready for a retirement facility. We offer seniors family style living at an affordable monthly fee! Only three residents maximum at any time, leaving plenty of room for privacy, but social spaces when desired. If you know a family member, friend, customer or client who is lookinig to live their independant retirement their way, why not suggest a visit to our home? The monthly fee not only covers rent, but also all furnishings, continental self serve breakfast daily, all house cleaning, weekly linen change, weekly personal laundry, parking, yard and garden maintenance, heat, hydro, air conditioning, basic cable TV, unlimited internet, Netflix and more! A meal plan package is also available or 'on demand' meals for those times when residents just don't feel like cooking or they are undert he weather.
